Cynthia Yim, DVM
Medical Director
Dr. Cynthia Yim received her Masters degree in Veterinary Medical Sciences at Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine and her DVM at University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then completed an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City and has been practicing in Manhattan for 15 years.
Dr. Yim is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and enjoys providing the option for integrative medical care to her patients.
She and her husband are proud parents of their daughter and enjoy food, traveling, and exploring nature.

Stephen Neuss, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Neuss is the founder of Packanack Animal Hospital. Dr. Neuss has been practicing veterinary medicine since 1979 as well as serving the local New Jersey animal community since 1993. He takes a special interest in challenging diagnostic and surgical cases and is often consulted by his colleagues.
Dr. Neuss is a member of the American Veterinarian Medical Association and the New Jersey Veterinarian Medical Association. Dr. Neuss attended Undergraduate school at Rutgers University and earned a Masters degree in Animal Husbandry at the University of Missouri.

Hope Gonzaga, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Gonzaga graduated from University of Illinois and received her DVM in 2014. She practiced in the Greater Albany area for 6 years before joining Packanack Animal Hospital. Originally from Staten Island, she moved back to the the Northern NJ area to be closer to family.
Dr. Gonzaga enjoys general practice and the variety of cases she encounters on a daily basis. She likes all aspects of veterinary medicine, from preventative and wellness care to management of chronic conditions and maintenance of quality of life.
She enjoys cooking and baking, gardening, and spending time with her family including her husband, son, and her sheepdog named Tofa.

Victoria Dodson, DVM
Veterinarian
Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Dr. Victoria Dodson graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. She grew up with many different species of animals and always knew that she would end up in the veterinary field.
Dr. Dodson is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association (NJVMA). Dr. Dodson’s clinical interests include soft tissue surgery, veterinary chiropractic medicine, and Fear Free™ techniques.

Nicole Mahoney, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Mahoney is a recent graduate from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she received her DVM after completing her clinical rotations at Cornell University. She grew up in Ringwood, NJ where she spent her childhood surrounded by animals. Growing up she hatched ducks, chickens, quail and geese; all while raising litters of Labrador Retriever puppies. She currently has three cats, Hunter, Harry and Olive and a Golden Retriever named Oakley.
Dr. Mahoney worked in the veterinary field for 3 years as a technician before applying to veterinary school. Her interests include surgery, anesthesia, internal medicine and theriogenology.
In her free time she likes to spend time outdoors, going for hikes, going to the beach and spending time with friends, family and her pets.
